Esusu partners with Plaid to manage our bank authentication and integration process. Plaid covers the majority of banking institutions in the United States, but there are some banks that fall out of their coverage network. 

This is most likely the case if you bank with:

  • Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs)

  • Local Credit Unions

  • Local branches of small foreign banks

In this case we will need to connect your bank account on our back-end. You can simply complete the bank information form by following the steps below: 

1) Click 'Cancel' to remove the online link view as seen in the screenshot below 

2) Select the "Link my bank manually" option to input personal bank details then click continue button to complete the process

Once you complete the form or upload your document our team is notified immediately and we will get to work linking your account. We will confirm via email within 48 hours when this process is completed.
