If you encounter an error message or have trouble linking your bank information. 

This may be due to a personal or bank network issue and can be resolved by manually linking your bank by following the steps below: 

1) Click 'Cancel' to remove the online link view as seen in the screenshot below 

2) Select the "Link my bank manually" option to input personal bank details then click continue button

Once you complete the form and upload your document our team is notified immediately and we will get to work linking your account. We will confirm via email within 24 hours when this process is completed.
