• Auto Enrollment Onboarding Style:

    • All residents are automatically enrolled but are provided the option to opt-out at any time. We notify residents of their enrollment in this program through a combination of (1) emails, (2) flyers, (3) lease riders, and (4) text messages so we are meeting residents where they are at.

  • None-auto Enrollment Onboarding Style:

    • All residents will learn about Esusu through a robust outreach program and will choose to enroll in Esusu. They can respond to Esusu’s email or text to opt-in to Esusu. They can call Esusu, text, or email Esusu at any time to enroll.
