We would typically identify this if/when a resident files a dispute via eOSCAR. Should a resident file a dispute we will manage this process end-to-end and ensure that data reported is indeed accurate. Of course we take every measure to ensure data is accurate by leveraging API integrations with your property management software and conducting our own internal testing to catch common errors or contradictions in resident data.
